They have a policy of “put your dirty towels in the basket and set outside your door by 10am if you just need fresh towels and don’t want your room cleaned.” We stayed for 2 weeks and did our towels in the hamper/basket probably 4-5 times throughout our stay. When we put the dish towels out, we NEVER got new ones from housekeeping. When we requested them to come in and service our room, they left the towels on the bed and did no sweeping or changing of the sheets. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a broom to sweep ourselves. Our room had mold in the electrical box & in the bathroom on the ceiling above the bathtub. You couldn’t fully open the oven as the AC unit was in the way. The bathtub faucet, you couldn’t change the temperature while showering or really at all. At times there was no pressure and we had to turn the faucet off to get pressure back. The hot tub went down 3 days into our stay and didn’t get fixed until 2 days before we were to leave. Again, we stayed 14 days. They put us in the tiniest room available with older children yet we saw several of the bigger rooms come and go while we were staying. There were only the 2 options available to book with Expedia which was either the tower or the garden view, which is no longer a garden view as they took majority of the foliage out and added a gigantic building blocking the ocean view. The floors are scuffed, the lamp was broken and sharp, mold was painted over on the walls, ceiling plaster falling down.
