Sugar sand beaches just outside your door, all the comforts of home, inside!

Our studio condo at Top of the Gulf Condos, is family owned. We offer a homey atmosphere to make all of your beach vacation memories. There is a small kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with tub/shower. The room included a queen bed, a full sized murphy bed and a full sized pull out couch, so everyone can get comfortable. Also included, a TV with cable, and free WiFi. There a gulf view from the common area balcony, just steps away from your front door, also a swimming pool, and a sun deck, just steps to the beautiful beach.

The location was great. There was a little musty odor and towels smaller like smoke. Told the owner and she came right away that night to replace the towels. It was quite even during spring break. We really enjoyed it.

Great Location!
My family and I stayed at Julie's place for 3 nights. It's in a great location, beautiful pool and beach in your backyard. It had everything we needed. Our flight got in early and Julie even let us check in early. I wouldn't hesitate to use her condo again.

We had a wonderful time. It was really close to everything. And was very clean and accommodating to our needs. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. The only downside was the elevator would mess up every now and then. Other than that it was amazing.

This was my child’s 1st vacation, and we were so excited about this trip we don’t always get to splurge and take fun trips as soon as we opened the door and scoped out where we would be staying the next few days I felt let down, there was a closet that looked as if it were supposed to be locked, piled up to the roof with random items of course we didn’t touch anything but it was open when we arrived. We also noticed food and crumbs in the floor, there’s dust everywhere, stains on the rug,couch and curtains. Two heavily used sponges and a used scrub brush, and I understand Guest washing their own dishes. But before me and my family could eat our dinner we had to wash everything due to finger smudges and some type of dirt on the dishes. We had to go to Walmart and purchase clean sponges and cleaning products for ourselves to use so that we could place food into the freezer and refrigerator. Aswell clean out the bathtub so my child could take a bath. Underneath the freezer there was mold growing I indeed have pictures of everything we noticed and more little things throughout our stay. And for this matter I contacted The property owner Who first acted as she did not care. And I mentioned it once again and she insisted that she come and discuss the issues face-to-face and as soon as her arrival with her husband they were immediately rude and passive aggressive. We will not be back to this room and I advise everyone else to stay away too! Considering you’re paying a cleaning fee!

Perfect for girls trip
This was perfect for my friends and I for a girls trip. Not fancy but had everything we needed. There were chairs to rent on the beach right in front of the condo and because it is down a ways from Pier Park, etc the beach was not packed.

The resort itself was very nice, and in a great location close to everything thats fun. We had a great time! The room itself was clean, and just big enough for me, my husband, and 4 year old. Main bed and the extra bed were clean! Host was very responsive to questions about the property. The only drawback was the construction on the doors around the property but there were notices about it! Nice bathroom, small entrance but very strong water pressure; nice outdoor pool as well. Overall I would recommend staying here!

We had a great time on our vacation, but we also spent very little time in our room. Some of the information needs updated,for example, we were given the incorrect wifi information, which was corrected. The dishwasher was broken. The appliances are all very outdated. The oven is gross. The entire condo needs a thorough deep cleaning, there was dirt along the baseboards and hair on the pillows. It was very quiet, several places are within walking distance. The beach is right there, and we loved the pool. I wouldnt stay there again but it wasn't awful.

Was not impressed with cleanliness of condo. Sent owner a message of how nasty the fridge, bathtub and microwave was and even made pictures and she had no response to it. The murphy bed was a story in itself. I understand that there are a lot of people in and out of these rentals but if you pay your hard earned money for something, you do deserve to have it clean and have decent sleeping beds and yes more than 2 towels per person and 1 bath cloth for the week. I would not recommend this rental until the problem areas are fixed.

The property has some issues . The guard was asleep when we arrived. You had to pay for the parking with cash only. We got a letter on our car stating we didn’t have a parking pass… the letter was left directly in front of the hanging parking pass!!!!
