"The pools are great and the staff are nice, but the waterslide wasn't working (July 2025), you are not allowed to bring any food/drinks/snacks into the resort, the beds are quite hard (but tolerable). There was loud music quite late into the night and the rooms are not soundproof. We didn't hate it, but we wouldn't stay again. We paid extra for the 2-bedroom family room and there were air conditioners in the rooms, but im not certain all the rooms do. It's also worth knowing in advance that...

"The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. Every aspect, atmosphere, pools, restaurant and chapel exceptional and well kept. Our bed was so comfortable!! "
