"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. "The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "
