"We had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. The apartments are perfect for a comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet relaxing area of the island. We have loved staying so much that we are already planning our return next year. "A bright spacious apartment with a great view. Well equipped with everything you will need. A five minute walk, to possibly the largest supermarket on the island. The bus stop is opposite the supermarket. Two coves with beaches, are a fifteen minute walk. The owner is friendly and helpful! A handy hint.... Try Marinos Restaurant. "Good value hotel with a nice pool. We really liked this hotel and the family apartment worked well. Unfortunately our room didn't have sea view instead it was a view of the building in front which was disappointing. The area was good for hiking, lots of good restaurants and the ferry to Telendous is only a 5 min walk."
