"This was my first time staying on the north part of the island. Excellent access to Gozo and Popeye. The room was spacious and breakfast always had a variety of options. The weather wasn't too great while I was there, but there were indoor pools, sauna, and a (tiny) gym. There were always people in the lobby having a drink and sometimes there was live music. "The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were outstanding, spa was lovely, pool areas clean and gardens well maintained. There was plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes on site and many more a short walk to the town centre and beach. "Staff were excellent - dealt with every enquiry we had in a very friendly and professional manner. Sea view rooms were absolutely beautiful. My parents received a well-deserved free upgrade on their room from a deluxe double to a panoramic suite. This resort is very child friendly. "It's a nice hotel, only noise I heard was when chairs were moved around, perhaps felt pads would avoid such noises. Only real gripe is TV is in German, I did ask if they could reset to English and engineer did visit but still the same after, in fact worse as he had cleared the netflix account for a german user but at least they were in English. BBC not available for remembrance day."
