Inside you will be welcomed by a massive open-plan kitchen/living/dining area & super comfy family space with laid-back lounges, large tv and fireplace.
All the inside furniture is professionally manufactured from reclaimed timber, while the outside furniture is made from reclaimed Australian hardwood.
Once you step outside, you find it hard to see anything other than coastal banksia's, gum trees, kangaroos, koalas, wombats, echidna's, native birds, Lake Reeve or if you are lucky the Australian RAAF Roulette pilots training overhead.
As we are only two blocks from the beach, it is only a short stroll to go for a swim, fish or cricket match on the beach. Alternatively, tenants may have access to the block next door (only if vacant) if they want to kick a footy or let the dogs chase a frisbee.

Kitchen - Fantastic island bench with induction cooktop, quadruple glazed electric oven, massive 700lt fridge/freezer, bar fridge, coffee machine and coffee grinder, dishwasher, bench seats & servery to outside.
Dining - Huge 2.5m long dining table with 10 seats with overhead fan/light.
Living - Enormous 5 x 5m leather couch with chaise, coffee table and a 60" LED LCD TV, DVD and in-house movies. Additional 2 seater leather couch. Round floor mat/cushion for pets to lie on. Fireplace and box of wood. Split system and fans.
Alfresco - Gigantic 3m long Australian hardwood table and bench seats, 8 burner full S/S BBQ with outdoor sink and commercial grade S/S rangehood.
Backyard - Kids cubby house with slide and sandpit, outdoor games in the shed, flat grassed for Bocci and access to vacant block next door (only if unoccupied).
The house has a 7-star energy rating due to its double-glazed windows, underfloor insulation, minimal south-facing windows and R4.0 ceiling insulation. Therefore it stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
To top it off, this house has solar electricity and solar hot water that is also boosted by the wood heater when in use, a double-filtered rainwater tank, onsite treatment plant, massive amounts of north-facing windows for solar gain in winter, reverse cycle air conditioning plus high glass louvres to catch the sea breeze in summer and to also cross ventilate when required. Finally, any additional grid power used in the house is also green energy.

If you need anything else, there is a takeaway and small grocery store at Golden Beach (3 min drive away). There are no shops at Paradise Beach.
Dine out at Safety Beach Life Saving Club or in Loch Sport or Sale less than a 30 min drive away. Relax, unwind and enjoy!
