"The cabin was perfect for my family of 4. Came stocked with everything we needed. We took advantage of swimming in the very clean lake and the kayaks! Coffee on the enclosed porch was everything I could hope for. Schroon Lake was a cool little town to mill about in. Day trips to Lake George rounded out the vacation. Major storm blew through on the last day and knocked out power. The water runs on power too so we were out of luck with running water. So, word to the wise, bring flashlights...

"We were only here for 1 night for the Adirondack Marathon - the cleanliness of this house is unmatched! Convenient for us to easily get to Schroon for the race. We didn't get to take advantage of much else in the area since we were just there for the race but would definitely return if we come back again to spend more time. "Our family had one of our best years at Loon Lake and it’s mainly due to our stay here and the wonderful accommodations of this beautiful cabin! It was truly a “home away from home” and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We have family on Marina road and it was a convenient location to their camp, too.
