Отдыхать посреди стройки некомфортно.Цена завышена
Развивающийся отель. Бассейны приятные. Территория небольшая, но чистая. Не все сооружения работают - зачем тогда все эти озерца сооружали? Полным ходом идет стройка нового корпуса и благоустройство территории ( большое количество строителей и рабочих повсюду). Под звуки стройки отдыхать не очень комфортно, хотя понимаем - надо и это... Но не в сезон! Или тогда стоимость проживания на период строительства должна быть снижена.. Наш корпус (номера) на 4 звезды никак не тянул, однако. Ооооооочень грязное напольное покрытие в номере. Завтрак средненький. На следующий день съехали.

Ожидания не оправдались.
Писала уже отзыв - почему-то не отправился. Отель с претензией на звездность... НО!!! Где, уважаемый отельер, Ваш персонал службы размещения??? Никто нас по приезду не встретил... долго искали наше бронирование... с чемоданами таскались мы сами. Впервые вижу такое в отеле с четырьмя звездами. Ковровое покрытие в коридорах чем-то заляпано.... номера подуставшие... особенно матрацы-подушки, спать было совершенно неудобно. Теперь бвссейны с термальной водой- я представляла себе окруженные камчатскими березками и елями бассейны... которые в мороз завораживающе окутаны инеем, как на картинках... НО... оказывается, даже в самом престижном отеле Паратунки, вокруг бассейнов вообще деревьев нет((((((((( Мало того, из трех два огорожены от отдыхающих. В первый день вообще несколько часов не могла попасть в бассейн, т.к. три здоровых мужичка, неспешно общаясь на "своем" лексиконе, вяло чистили деревянный настил вокруг бассейнов от снега... а пурга опять его наметала... Неприветливые лица персонала на завтраке вообще оттолкнули от посещения ресторана . В общем, обслуживание в отеле не дотягивает и до одной звезды. Увы. Интересно, к тем, кто звезды присваивал, такое же отношение было?

Хороший отель, чистота, вежливое обслуживание. Прекрасные бассейны, хороший завтрак. Недостатки: сильная слышимость из коридора, хлопанье дверей - но не критично.
