A casa é completa de utensílios, extremamente confortável e com um vista digna de um cartão postal. Os proprietários foram atenciosos em dar todas as orientações da casa e da região de Paraty. Certamente retornarei!

Decepção. Pela localização, diária cara.
Pontos positivos: lençóis e toalhas muito limpos; anfitrião atencioso e prestativo; vista maravilhosa; sinal de internet bom. Pontos negativos: pelas fotos, espera-se mais; muito longe do centro histórico de Paraty; tem um beco de difícil acesso para chegar até o imóvel, com uma descida/subida muito íngreme e estreita, que cabe um carro, e ele quase encosta nos muros. Se estiver chovendo, é muito perigoso sair de lá, pois o carro pode derrapar; aparelhos com falta de manutenção (TV a cabo não funcionou; no quarto principal só tem ventilador, no outro quarto, o ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho, que tivemos que ligar o ventilador também. Ainda bem que o tempo estava fresco; chuveiro do banheiro social não funcionou (minha filha queria privacidade); geladeira desligou devido à queda de energia e, mesmo desligando e ligando novamente, como dizia o folheto, não conseguimos ligar (só o anfitrião ligou no dia seguinte, mas não tínhamos gelo, e nossa água, sucos, cerveja, queijos, carnes, entre outros, estavam todos quentes); internet caiu devido a queda de energia. Nem vi quando retornou). A piscina estava com água suja. Poderia ter sido lavada, pois é pequena. Chegamos às 16:30 de um dia, saímos às 7:30 do dia seguinte. Não fizemos nada na casa além de tomar banho e dormir. Nem café da manhã fizemos. Perdeu o encanto. O proprietário disse que demos prejuízo, pois reservamos 4 dias em outubro, paguei a metade da estadia, mas não deu pra ir. Informei com 1 mês de antecedência, conforme o combinado. Se não alugou, não foi por culpa minha. Alteramos a data para novembro, mas, devido a chuvarada, abriu uma cratera na estrada que iríamos passar, e aconteceu uma fuga de presos nas imediações, que se esconderam na mata ao entorno da estrada. Quem, em sã consciência, arriscaria a vida de sua família nessa estrada? O Enrique foi até compreensivo, e alterou a data novamente. Reservamos para 3 dias somente. Mas disse que demos prejuízo também, por não termos ido em novembro. Quem garante que conseguiria alugar o imóvel, se não estivesse reservado pra mim? Em novembro haviam muitos dias disponíveis no site. Chegamos ao imóvel no dia 21/02, paguei o restante do combinado, mas foi decepcionante, conforme relatei. Achei justo que me devolvesse a última diária, mas, como ele frisou várias vezes, devido ao "prejuízo" . . . Mesmo q o problemas fossem resolvidos no dia seguinte, já havia perdido o encanto. Quando se fala em dinheiro, tudo muda.

Só tenho que agradecer por nossa estadia, foi tudo perfeito! A casa além de ter uma vista de tirar o fôlego é charmosa, muito limpa e toda equipada. Os proprietários Enrique e Cláudia, super atenciosos e preocupados em oferecer uma excelente estadia. Amei cada pequeno detalhe, foi tudo um conjunto maravilhoso!!! Voltaremos em breve!!

Todavía más bonita
La casa es todavía más bonita que en las fotos, muy muy limpia y completa para vivir, no falta de nada. Las habitaciones suites están muy separadas por lo que cada pareja queda en total intimidad Enrique y Claudia son divinos... muy discretos pero aún así disponibles por cualquier duda o problema. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene!

Casa simplesmente perfeita!!! Tudo impecável, vista maravilhosa... A casa tem tudo para uma estadia tranquila, super limpa e organizada, os quartos são ótimos, nos deixaram roupas de cama e toalhas de banho extramente limpos. vista espetacular com silencio e paz da natureza
tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa na casa do Enrique e da Claudia. ela foi muito atenciosa e tivemos um fim de semana incrivel. fica a 10 minutos do centro de Paraty e é muito tranquila a estrada até lá. só tomar cuidado com os 2 radares de 40km/h no caminho. aproveite a vista e tranquilidade da casa!

The perfect holiday home
Very well equipped and clean, nicely decorated. Child-friendly. Our daughter was invited by the other kids around the property to play with them. Two bedrooms that are accessible by the veranda on the left and on the right (each with en suite bathroom). Amazing view. Claudia and Enrique are very kind and helpful. They are always there, if you need help. Remember, you need a car for this place. Although there are some small shops in the village at the beach, you should go to Paraty for the supermarket and for eating out, which is 10 km away. Our full recommendations to this wonderful property.

Melhor vista do mundo, casa impecável.
A casa é perfeita, confortável, toda reformada e a cozinha, além de extremamente funcional contava com equipamentos e louça suficientes para nós cozinharmos e servirmos a comida sem problemas. Sobre as instalações, não há nada do que poderíamos reclamar, tudo ótimo, sem qualquer indício de umidade ou mofo. Duas suítes excelentes e com uma sala ampla. Foi maravilhosa a estadia e a localização não poderia ser melhor! Há uma boa praia a três minutos de carro e fica perto de Paraty o suficiente! Para completar, fomos recebidos com extrema cortesia, toalhas, lençóis e fronhas brancos sem quaisquer manchas e tão limpos que deu dó de usar. A dona da casa ainda nos presenteou com um cacho de bananas cultivadas no local e deixou água na geladeira que salvou nossa chegada após horas de estrada com calor e sol fortes. Não tenha dúvidas, é um cenário incrível.

Estadia perfeita no Paraíso
Estivemos recentemente hospedados na casa do Enrique e posso dizer que foi tudo absolutamente perfeito! A casa é bonita, aconchegante, perfeitamente equipada e tem a melhor vista que se pode esperar da baia de Paraty. As duas suites são independentes do resto da casa e dão total privacidade aos hospedes. Enrique e sua família foram muito atenciosos e acolherores. Lugar perfeito para quem procurar paz e sossego há poucos minutos de carro de Paraty. Com certeza voltaremos!
