Furnished house situated in a great neighborhood of Paraty, 10 minutes from the historical center, walking, and near the beaches and sights.
The house has a 2-car garage without a roof, 2 bedrooms and a top-floor living room that can accommodate up to 6 guests, including adults and children. Contains 1 bathroom and a toilet, outside area for rest or get-togethers, shower and free Wi-fi.
The kitchen is equipped with cookware, cutlery, glasses, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and filter with gallon of water.
In addition, the house is very close to two supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, convenience store and bakery. And yet close to the riverside, path to the historic center.
