The "Wanda 1" features a modern, high-quality interior and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate up to 2 people. The absolute highlight of the property is the outdoor area, which can be shared with the other guests of the apartment house. Spend time on the sun terrace with sun loungers or at the gorgeous community pool. In 500 m (an 8-minute walk) you can get to restaurants and a supermarket. Due to the ideal location of the apartment, a climbing garden and a variety of hiking trails can be reached in a few minutes. The valley station of the Texelbahn cable car is 1.4 km from the apartment, and you can reach the Parcines Waterfall (Cascata di Parcines) after a 45-minute hike (2.9 km). The closest city is Merano and the next ski resort is Sölden.

Passende Wohnung für 2 Personen ,Kaffeemaschine könnte größer sein und da ein Backofen in der Küche fehlt wäre ein Toaster ganz gut ansonsten alles gut
