"It's a dated but nice property. We spent 3 days there. We're comfortable. It's easy to get everywhere using public transport. There is also a Pullman that takes you directly to the airport in walking distance. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is good even though is simple. Nothing to complaint about. "Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, room always warm and very comfortable. Lots of additional things that made stay special, slippers, dressing gown, toothbrush and toothpaste, free mini bar. Shower was fine but water was never really hot just luke warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its restaurant opposite, lovely food and service exceptional. "

"Es war mal wieder ein Genuss im Edit Loft zu übernachten was mich allerdings gestört hatte war im Loft 9 leider kein Safe obwohl in der Beschreibung das Juniorloft einen Safe hat aber ansonsten viel Platz Super Küche 2 Badezimmer 2 Toiletten Öffentlicher Verkehr nach paar Minuten zu erreichen. "A perfect hotel in Turin. Could not fault anything. It’s a beautiful hotel on a pedestrian street and a good value considering the standard of hotel and location. The lobby is lovely. The room was a good size for two people. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality. Most of all, their customer service is outstanding. I am very grateful they were able to help with a reservation mixup, and with no hesitation at all. If I return to Turin, no doubt this is where I’d stay."

Superbowl Sunday on TV in my hotel room

"Great, central location, a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova, the main train station in Turin, with several attractions within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating. It was Superbowl Sunday with the game from 12:40-4:30 AM, and i was not sure where or if it was being shown on Italian TV. But they helped me and i got to watch the entire game in Italian language. 😊"

The warmth and kindness of everyone I encountered made my stay feel like a gathering with close friends and relatives, which significantly enhanced my overall experience. The convenience of the location cannot be overstated, as it is easily accessible via bus 72, which conveniently stops right outside both the railway station and the hotel. This service is not only efficient but also economical, with a ticket costing just €2. For those who prefer a more direct route, taxis are readily available at a reasonable fare of €15, making transportation to and from the Torino Porta Susa railway station seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the bar within the hotel was a delightful spot to unwind, further contributing to the overall positive ambiance of my stay. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and a welcoming environment makes this hotel a standout choice.
