A terrible stay in Paris.
The check in process was terrible as they didn’t ever tell us which of 5 flats was ours. The internet didn’t work, nor did the TV. The washing machine was broken. The two sinks had no watercpressure. The shower had mildew and no pressure if you wanted even a hint of warm water.The fan had never been cleaned. Our efforts to get items fixed were met with promises, but no results.We kept asking for help and while they said it would happen, it never did. Our Paris Olympics holiday was ruined. Please remove this group from your listings.

Nachbarn
Leider war die Dusche total verschimmelt mit entsprechendem Geruch. Man musste die Badtüre geschlossen halten. Der Nachbar übte sich jeden Abend über mindestens 3 Stunden in modernem Saxophon. Absolutes Katzengejammer. Nicht auszuhalten. Eine Beschwerde beim Vermieter wurde nicht kommentiert. Schade sonst ein nettes kleines Zimmer mit Kitchenette und Bad.

Manutenzione ZERO
Lavandino bagno intasato , acqua ristagnava a lungo . Problema con WiFi : segnalato all arrivo , confermato dal proprietario esistenza del problema già occorso ad altro affittuario.Promessa di soluzione il giorno dopo , durata del mio soggiorno 4 notti .Risultato ? Mai risolto ! Quello che è stato pessimo il comportamento del proprietario che non ha più risposto ai miei wup e mail . Segnalato anche alla loro chat ( con la quale ti vendono altri servizi ) , anche in quel caso mai risposto . Location ottima , monolocale in palazzo tranquillo e silenzioso , ma gestione da parte della proprietà PESSIMA.
