Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

Horrible de voir son compagnon se démanger dans son sommeil pendant 1h et au final se réveiller et se rendre compte que le lit est infesté de punaise de lit !!!!! Je trouve ça inadmissible pour un établissement d’hébergement qui détient dans son organigramme des agents de propreté, qui sont sensé changer les draps et nettoyer les chambres après chaque départ et surtout être vigilant de ce genre de détails. Nous avons du fuir de l’hôtel à 4h du matin parce que c’était inimaginable de passer la nuit dans ces conditions. Pour cela j’exige un remboursement. De plus il n’y a aucun personnel la nuit pour pouvoir se plaindre ou faire constater les faits. J’ai donc bien évidemment pris des vidéos et photos pour pouvoir attester mes dires. Je suis dans l’attente d’un retour au plus vite afin de pouvoir être remboursé.

Problème d'accès au parking à l'arrivée car on laisse le véhicule à l'entrée, aller à la borne s'enregistrer et obtenir le code d'accès à 6 chiffres et revenir à l'entrée enfin de l'insérer pour ouvrir le portail et entrer. Entre-temps les autres clients s'impatiente à entrer et claxonnent ce qui est vraiment désagréable. Je l'ai déjà proposé plusieurs fois de pouvoir accéder directement au parking avec le numéro de réservation sans toute fois avoir besoin d'aller d'abord à la borne s'enregistrer et revenir faire ouvrir le portail avant d'entrer .
