Rude staff
The worst hotel experience in my life. The staff was very snappy and rude. On the first day we asked for 2 extra pillows but the reception just looked weird at us and couldn’t understand why we would need that. He said that he would come up with them asap. One hour later and he came with only one pillow. The next day we were only given 1 towel but didn’t wanted to say anything given the past experience. In the last day we had 0 towels so we went down and asked for 2. Again we were met with a snappy attitude. The Wi-Fi was very bad and often you had to reconnect ( which took a very long time). At one time we accidentally stepped on wet floor and the cleaner shouted at us. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

réveillé à 6h du matin par l'alarme, 1/4h plus tard pour l'éteindre et personne pour vous expliquer ce qui s'est passé... Des erreurs dans la fcaturation d'une nuit d'hôtel et pas de service client après le sejours... Bref je déconseille à ce prix là

スタッフは笑顔で迎えてくれ、対応・サービス共に完璧だった。 部屋はシンプルながらも清潔で、金庫やカフェマシンがあったのには感動した。 唯一の難点として、メトロの駅から少々歩く。ただ、バス停は近くにあるので、問題なし。
