Rooms are adequate- old hotels are always quirky. Transportation is good once you learn Metro. Plenty of cafes for dining. Good location. Only odd thing is the key size and having to store it with staff.

Hôtel was situated in a great location. We did have to go up/down a few steps to get to our room from the elevator - just FYI for those with heavy luggage. But some rooms were accessible without stairs. Room was clean and spacious for me and my two teenage daughters. The A/C worked extremely well, which we were thankful for as it was very hot and humid in Paris while we were there. Our only complaint is that the WiFi was very very spotty. It would disconnect frequently. Besides that, no other issues and we had a very pleasant stay.

The best recommendations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and very decent hotel and room in a good neighborhood with very short distance to the Seine, metro, airport train, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle and Cluny Museum.
