"We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, as they let us check in early and changed our room promptly when the toilet wasn't working anymore. The area felt a little unsafe at night when returning from the city center, but otherwise we had no issues with safety. "

"Definitely worth considering as an option if you’re off to Disney. With the bus stop only a short walk away, number 2234 can get you to the parks in around 20-30 minutes. The hotel was of a good standard for the level they position the property at; check-in and out was quick and straight forward. The room had plenty of space for us as a family of 3 and breakfast was a continental buffet, not masses of choice, but enough to keep everyone going till lunch and non-dairy milk options too. "

"I made a last minute reservation when my original reservation a a different hotel was cancelled….and only stayed here out of desperation. Honestly, this hotel is a dump. The staff was nice, but the room was “skeevy”. Brown stained carpet, 70 cm bed and doors and walls that were thin. I felt very unsafe, and quite frankly was scared of what would come out of the brown carpet. I prepaid for two nights but since it was so bad left after one night and found a new place the second night. If cost I’d...
