This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( exactly 4 minutes) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Best location
The place is perfect for two if you want to be near many of the main attractions in the 8th and 9th arrondissements. The bathroom is a bit small but has been completely updated. There isn’t a lot of light but hopefully you’re out at night enjoying the amazing Paris restaurants.

Extremely knowledgeable Host-Oliver! Explained the appliances, the neighborhood , grocery, bakery etc Valuable info for a weeks stay. The flat was clean, bed comfortable , building access perfect. My Husband or I do not speak French so Taxi and Metro was perfect and within a few blocks. Overall, we would love to stay again when we find our selves in Paris. Thank You Oliver

Great location, and Paris in a stay.
This apartment is in a great location, central to all the sights and transit. The host has wonderful recommendations and gave great directions for a first timer. Once you have the keys, you are fully immersed in Parisian life. The only thing holding you back will be a need for sleep from burning the candle at both ends.

The apartment was great spacious! what you see in the pictures is what you get. It’s beautiful with double size bed, dining table living room TV. They have a spacious kitchen and linen closet. Perfect location
The location is perfect! The Champs Elysee is an easy walk. There are two different Metro lines easily accessed from the apartment. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries are also right there. On top of that, Olivier made everything from first contact to check-in through check-out extremely easy. The only downside is noise. As some other renters noted, there is a club or restaurant nearby which is loud until 2:00 am. One morning, this was followed up by a loud group of children at 6:00 am. As long as you don’t expect a quiet, peaceful respite, you will love this city apartment. Pro tip: bring your own shampoo, but if you forget, the store is nearby.

5 star stay in Paris!
My husband and I returned to Paris for a week and stayed in the beautiful, well maintained, very clean and in a perfect location apartment. Olivier was the perfect host! Very responsive, and thorough uoon move in. We couldn't have had a nicer stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is modern, with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster over, microwave, dishwasher, everything one needs for a perfect easy stay. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet it is truly 5 stars here!

Great Location
This was a great flat a few min walk to Champs, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Very walkable to many of the sites. The apt was big and spacious so that was a plus, with a really nice shared courtyard. The check process and communications was a breeze. Oliver was very easy to work with and prompt responses. The apt did feel a little tired and could use some updating with the furniture. Other than than it was great for us.

Lovely apartment close to the Champs-Elysees
Very spacious apartment with elevator. Long typical windows overlook a courtyard filled with plants. If you walk left from the main door to the street you have many options. Continue straight to the Champs-Elysee. If you turn left there are 2 grocery stores. The second one is quite larger than the first. Turn right for an ATM and the bakery Julian. The Metro stop is at the corner. Very comfortable bed. The host, Olivier, is quick to respond and helpful. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen and many cafes nearby. The Japanese restaurant next door is very good.

Loved the location and neighborhood
When we booked this VRBO, we wanted to experience what it was like to live like a Parisian. When you enter the front gate into the courtyard and than another entrance to the apartment, it just felt you were at home. The apartment is super quiet and all the neighbors are nice and friendly. The location is perfect to explore Paris. Highly recommend this property for a family of 3 or 4.

Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment within steps of restaurants, shops, markets, metro, and Champs. Full size refrigerator and kitchen were perfect for meals at the unit if you do not want to go out. Nice sectional couch and big TV with a full size dining room table.

Great property/location
The property was a perfect size for my partner and myself. We loved the location of this property in terms of being located near shops, markets, restaurants; and it was also centrally located to the metro. As another reviewer mentioned, I would not term this as luxury; however, we were very comfortable. One item to note: every night from about 10pm to 2/3am there was loud music from a club that did disturb our rest (even with a fan and sound machine). This is no fault of the property - but if you are a light sleeper it might be something to consider.

Long overdue review of an amazing stay
First of all, Olivier's communication is wonderful, his instructions are clear and he's incredibly accommodating. He met us at the flat to show us around, answer all of our questions and generally get us familiarized with the place. The apartment is just stunning and it looks out onto a classic Parisian courtyard. The building does have a small elevator, thought the flat is just one small flight up. The bed is large (especially for Paris) and our boys slept on a the giant pull out in the living room. The apartment itself is quite large with a separate kitchen and walk in-closet/storage room for luggage/coats. There is a subway line a 2 min walk away, a market around the corner and several bakeries for morning breakfast coffee. Champs Elysee is about a 5min walk away and there's an easy pick up spot for the Bateaubus along the Seine about 15 min walking distance. This is just an amazing spot with a wonderful host, and I cannot recommend it enough.
