It is located in a magnificent heritage building, steeped in history as it was built by one of the oldest French Noble Family, the counts of Chateaubriand. It is just a few minutes away from the renown Avenue des Champs-Elysees.The carefully chosen artwork and stunning views over Parisian architecture will make your stay truly unforgettable.

The Space:
This spacious apartment is a true haven of elegance designed by a French architect, where high ceilings, a marble fireplace, and wooden flooring meet the highest contemporary standards, such as AC and subtle LED lighting. Let yourself get carried away by this stunning apartment, which boasts a sumptuous living room filled with natural daylight, and very unique and intimate bedrooms, including three master bedrooms.

The apartment includes:
1 Living room
1 Fully equipped kitchen
1 Dining room with a table and 10 seats
2 Shared bathrooms (one with bathtub and no toilet, one with walk-in shower and no toilet)
3 Private bathrooms (see below)
2 Separate toilets

6 bedrooms arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no toilet)
Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed
Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no toilet)
Bedroom 4 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no toilet)
Bedroom 5 with a double bed
Bedroom 6 with a double bed

The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
A/C, High speed Wifi, a TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the other neighbors in the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access: before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside a Masterlock.
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor. Please note that there are a few steps to reach the elevator.
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the house rules that we have placed in the apartment.

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the arrival day, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a high-end and lively area of Paris. It is very near the iconic Arc de Triomphe, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, and the highly notable “Golden Triangle,” which is shaped by the three most prestigious streets of Paris. It is also about a 15-minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower.
From the vibrant Champs-Elysees to the charming Avenue Montaigne with all of the top luxury brand shops, you will be spoiled with shopping opportunities. Palais Galliera (museum of Fashion) and Yves Saint Laurent museum are also nearby. Without a doubt, you will experience that Paris is truly the world capital of Fashion.
This area has a lot more to offer, including a visit of the Arc de Triomphe and its breathtaking views over Paris from the rooftop terrace, a fine dining experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, or a modern art exhibit at Palais de Tokyo.

- Kleber: 3 minutes: Line 6
- Charles De Gaulle Etoile: 7 minutes: Line 1, 2, 6 & RER A
- Charles de Gaulle CDG airport: RER A & RER B and 50 minutes by taxi
- Orly ORY airport: 40 minutes by taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

We appreciate your cooperation regarding:

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
