Situé en quartier relativement calme pour une commune en banlieu de Paris En arrivant après 17 h 00, il n'y a pas d'accueil, mais le système de récupération des clés est très bien fait et d'utilisation facile Petit déjeuner frugal, pas de pain pour la confiture par exemple Il semble y avoir un parking dans l'immeuble mais aucune information n'est donnée

注意!!!沒有前台!!! 而hotels.com提供資料出現嚴重錯誤, 真正check in 時間為早上10點至1點, 下午2點至6點。但hotels.com為下午3點至早上5點。所以check in 時間要非常準準確, 如果過了時段辦公室沒人, 打電話沒人接聽...結果第一晚無法入住。 房間包括早餐, 其實只是一個麵包籃放在房間裡面。 房間大小不錯, 但地下仍然有塵, 如有選擇下次未必會選擇。

très confortable très propre chauffage indépendant dans la salle de bain c'est un plus la critique c'est le bruit , le matin dès 6H30, les personnes qui descendent dans l'escalier, la porte de l'ascenseur et les klaxonnes dans la rue dans la grasse matinée faut oublier

In zona tranquilla questo residence nuovo,dotato di tutti i confort compreso un un'angolo cottura è vicino alla fermata della metro e dei bus.il quartiere è appena fuori Parigi, è tranquillo con in zona vari ristoranti e supermercati. Eccellente come base per vedere Parigi

Llegamos al lugar con mucha dificultad. Al no haber recepción no fue posible coordinar la llegada. Ascensor muy reducido. Solo para una persona. Se me asigna un cuarto en el 7 piso y el edificio solo tiene 6 pisos y un cuarto que no existe. Se llamó al teléfono y solo una contestación automática. Tuve que buscar otro sitio.

Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als gedacht... laut fotos überhaupt kein vergleich.. frag mich wo diese zimmer laut fotos sein sollten! Für 2 Personen war das Zimmer viel zu klein.. badezimmer konnte man sich nicht mal drehen oder bewegen... jedoch war es sauber geputzt..

Très bien mais ... pas de douche

Chambre très calme bien équipée avec son coin cuisine mais SANS douche (à part un flexible de douche et la poire de douche). C'est la première fois qu'à ce niveau de prestation et tarif je trouve une salle de bain non équipée de paroi de douche et donc impossible de prendre une douche.

2度目の滞在で全体的に価格・清潔さは良いと思う。改善してもらいたいのはWifiの接続で、途切れて「使える」というレベルにはない。これは強く改善を求めたい。あとは最終日、湯の温度が低くてバスが使えなかった。他は問題なく快適だった。

Résidence Courcelle une seule fois suffit!

Primo nous avons vu le pseudo-gérant une seule fois,lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'établissement.Pour des gens de notre âge je dirais je dirais qu'on était à la limite d'une situation de danger.Pas de téléphone fixe a l'appatement donc pas moyen de rejoindre le pseudo-gérant ,par contre Il faut dire à notre décharge que nous disposions pas d'un cellulaire.Quant à sa localisation géographique le lieu était assez éloigné des endroits touristiques de Paris ´.
