Rosewood cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of town. It consists of three bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, a with a desk and monitor and a washer and dryer available for use.

***Cleaning fee is included in nightly rate!***

Pets (up to 2 dogs/less than 25 pounds) are allowed for an additional $40 fee (goes to the cleaning staff). Please make sure that you click the number of people and add your friend!

The driveway is long and wide enough for 2 trucks and trailers for your atvs/SXS. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard/driveway, and back door. These cameras can be disabled upon request.

We always enjoy our stay at Rosewood! It is very clean, beautifully furnished and well-stocked. There is a nice area in the backyard for grilling and a big backyard for our nieces and nephews to play. The hosts are friendly & accommodating. 10/10 for sure!

Shelter from the Storm [Really just Rain]
We came up to visit friends and see the Fall foliage. Unfortunately, it rained incessantly and was cold the whole time we were in Arkansas. Nevertheless, the house was perfect for our friends to come visit us for an afternoon. The house was well-furnished. The host/owner responded quickly and appropriately to all of our questions. There is a nice fenced in backyard that I wish we could have used, but rain prevented it. We would stay here again without hesitation and enthusiastically recommend it.

Well appointed cottage
Very nice cottage, well stocked. And I will say clean. The double driveway came in handy, as we drove in late, and could not drop off a trailer in the night. This cottage is big enough that family can spread out and do different things. The back den/office, would be perfect for catching up at work, or gaming. I do wish the check out time was noon like most everywhere, insted of ten am. I would book again.

Nice quiet neighborhood, anything and everything you need can be found in the kitchen. Not only were the dishes, glasses and silverware nice, there were non-stick, good quality pots and pans. The bedding, blankets and towels were great. There were also tons of cleaning products, vacuum cleaners and brooms. This house had it all! Perfect swing on the porch and a great backyard for the dog. Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions and provided everything we needed. Hope to be back again next year!
