Very good accommodation

The location is good and the facilities are great. The nearby tourist attractions and department stores are really close, and the room is quiet and comfortable.There was no inconvenience at all and I was completely satisfied.

Excellent location- comfortable stay

Our family of four stayed here and I would definitely do it again. I was concerned that one of the beds was a pullout sofa, which can be uncomfortable for an adult but it was actually not a problem at all. Awesome location, clean, and great communication from owners. Highly recommend.

Very good apartment overall. Very good location and easy access. Only downside is beds were on the hard side and the bunk bed creaks a lot and it’s located in a place where there is limited ventilation so it was very hot despite the AC. Would stay again

All rounder!

We had a good stay/ apartment pretty clean and small issues fixed promptly. Decor a little tired but workmen coming in the day we left to refurbish!! So next time it will be super I’m sure! Host was exceptional- nothing too much trouble. Many thanks

Paris Short Stay was perfect for us

Had to rebook here due to original hotel becoming unavailable. Turned out to be a great thing! Having a full kitchen, fridge, and clothes washer was great. Saved $ on food by cooking. Saved space on packing by washing clothes. Living room area was big enough to relax. Bedding was comfortable. Very short walk to Gare St Lazare. Fabulous crepe maker right across the street. We don't mind walking; so everything felt close to us, but that may be relative. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

立地も最高で、設備も良く清潔でパリ暮らしが楽しめて素晴らしいステイとなりました！オーナーさんのお人柄が素敵で、トラブルの対応も迅速にしていただき、朝からチェックインまで荷物を預かっていただけたのも助かりました。またプランタンのすぐ近くでモノプリが朝からあいていて、どこに行くのも便利、お部屋も広々としていて洗濯乾燥機まで洗剤も備え付けてあり、ネスプレッソ、ワインなど嬉しいサービスでした。とてもお世話になりまして感謝しております！次回もこちらに泊まりたいです。

Super appartement et accueil chaleureux

Appartement bien situé proche du RER et des métros. Zone commerciale du Printemps et Galeries Lafayette à 200 mètres. Grands choix de restaurants et bars au alentour. Appartement isolé par double fenêtre et double vitrage sur chacune au 7ème avec ascenseurs, spacieux, lumineux et ayant tout les nécessaires de confort (lave-linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, four et micro ondes, sèche cheveux et nécessaires de salle de bain, de nettoyage, café, thé ...). Nous avons été enchanté par l'accueil de Cyrille et de sa bienveillance lors de notre séjour.

大人2名子供3名で　6泊7日で利用しました。小学生2名が木製2段ベッドで寝たのですが　寝返りを打つたび　ギーギーきしむ音がうるさかったです。　シリルさんは　口コミ通り親切でした。　ただ3日に一度　掃除にくる、というのを知らなかったので　トラブルはありましたが　きちんと対応してくれました。　洗濯用と食器洗い機の　洗剤を補充されていなかったのが残念です。あとは向かいの部屋で　平日朝8時から改装工事が始まり　ドリル音で目が覚めました。 場所は　どこに行くのも便利で、いろいろと回ることができました。

快適なアパートメントホテル

観光にも買い物にも最適の立地です。 買い物に疲れたら途中でも部屋に戻って休めるし、バスタブもあったので外歩きで冷えた体を温めることができました。 洗濯、乾燥機も完備していて、旅の終わりに洗濯物の山を抱えて帰らずに済みます。 フロントにスタッフは常駐していませんが、SMSで問い合わせるといつでも対応してくれます。 今回2度目の滞在でしたが、今後もパリに行くときはここを定宿にしたいと思います。

12月29日から4泊しました。 近くのスーパーマーケットも教えてくださり、Cyrilleはとても親切でした。場所はどこに行くにも便利です。 4人でしたので、トイレットペーパーがぎりぎりでした。 1日はChrilleはお休みの日なのに、メールで翌日のタクシー手配に対応してくれました。ありがとうございました。 また、パリに行けるならぜひ利用させていただきます。

We were so lucky to have Cyrille take care of us even when we arrived to the apartment close to midnight! He was always available to answer any questions and made our stay extremely easy. I’d highly recommend this place because of cleanliness, comfort and more importantly LOCATION. We only had 2 days in Paris and we’re able to easily get around since it’s right in front of the Metro saint lazare stop, Gare saint lazare (station that takes you to Monet’s Garden/House) and 20 minutes walking from Place de La Concorde. Huge bonus for us!

Service need improvements!

The location was good. It's centrally located, and close to metro stations, shopping malls, and restaurants. The hotel/apartment itself was okay. One of the apartments that we rented had a portable air conditioning only. Not quite what was described in the website. Our check in experience wasn't good. Hotels.com website says that the reception office is open 7AM to 7PM. We arrived at 7:15AM but we waited until 8:10AM. When the receptionist came, she let us waited for another minutes. We were expecting for someone whom we can communicate with but ot turned out she doesn't talk English at all!!! We have to ask the building guard to interpret it for us. She also did not give us the wifi code/password. We've never seen the reception area open.

英語が出来ればかなりの満足度！

到着時間の事前連絡が電話のみでメールでやりとり出来ない点が不便です（電話も土日はお休みの様で、そうと知らず焦りました） それを除けばとても良いアパートでした。トイレの鍵が壊れていて、途中で他のドアノブが交換されましたが何故か壊れているドアノブは修理されず・・・ クーラーの無いホテルもある中で、リビング/ベッドルーム共にエアコン完備で助かりました。一度カードキーがエラーになってしまい閉め出されましたが、ガラス張りの中にいる管理人さんに言えば一緒に部屋まで来て確認して交換され一安心。そう言ったトラブルはありましたが、キッチンも便利で、洗濯機用の洗剤が無くなれば足して頂けたり、夏場で毎日洗濯したかったので助かりました ラファイエットにも近いので、気軽に買い物途中に休憩で戻ったり出来る点もとても良かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂けて充実したパリ滞在となりました。

Best stay I've had in Paris, thanks to Cyrille!

Apartment was great, but what makes this the best experience I've ever had with a short stay is the staff. Cyrille went above and beyond. Even after we checked out, he helped when my purse was stolen. He called the embassy, translated, found a new apartment for my Mom and I since the embassy wasn't open until the next day. I was weary of going back to Paris, but now I can't wait until my next visit. I'll never stay anywhere in Paris except with Short Stay Paris. The apartments had everything, excellent wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine (coffee, tea, sugar, etc, included), tea kettle. They even leave candy bars when you check in.

Nice & clean: just what you want

Very friendly person at reception. They explained I was going to stay in a bigger apartment as the studio I had booked was being renovated. So the flat was big, the bed comfy & the TV huge. Complimentary cans of soft drinks & sweet snack as well as coffee pods & tea bags were a nice touch. There is a proper oven, which is great if you are staying more than a couple of days & want to cook. The not so good: the flat was a bit bare. Only one sharp knife in a kitchen designed for 6, no cushion to make the hard sofa a bit more comfortable, one of the light blind for the living room was missing - there were very efficient full blinds so not a massive problem, it just looked bad. So in conclusion, a nice stay in a clean flat. It could have been better with a few improvements here & there.

スタッフの対応、立地、快適さ◎

まずスタッフの方の対応がとても良く、チェックインの際には一緒にお部屋まで来て細かく説明してくれました。アパート自体は少々古いですが、お部屋にはキッチン(食器類、お鍋類、洗剤スポンジ、食洗機用洗剤)、オーブン、エスプレッソマシン、冷蔵庫(無料のジュースとシャンパンのサービス)、洗濯機(洗剤、柔軟剤)と乾燥機、DVDプレーヤー(使用してないので使えるかは不明)など生活に必要な物が揃っていてとても助かりました。ただタオルは一応ありますがあまり使い心地が良くないので持参する事をおすすめします。 1週間滞在しましたが2回お掃除に入ってくれたのでゴミも溜まらずシーツも変えてくれました。気になる方は掃除機もお部屋に常備されています。 リビングとベッドルームが分かれていて、部屋も十分な広さがあるので、トランクも広げられとても快適に過ごせました。 今までパリで滞在した中でも、快適さ、立地、スタッフの対応など総合的に大変良いアパートメントでした。 スタッフの方は夜に帰られてしまいますが、何かあれば24時間いつでもこれで電話してと携帯を置いていってくれました。 予約後、チェックインの2日前迄にこちらか電話(国際電話)してチェックインの日にちと時間を伝える必要があります。もしチェックイン時間にスタッフの方がいないとお部屋に入れないので要注意です。簡単な英語でも、ゆっくりと聞いてくれ丁寧に対応してくれました。

ロケーションが良くアパートメントとしてはまずまずのホテル

いい点） ・オペラ座、地下鉄駅も近くロケーションはとても良い。 ・部屋はきれいで広くキッチン設備、洗濯もできて満足なレベル ・受付のスタッフは英語も話し良心的な人 悪い点） ・２部屋予約したが、空きがなく別棟になってしまい非常に不便をした 　行き来に３～４分もかかる ・部屋に入るのにエレベーター用とルームキーの２つを使用するため 　毎回わずらわしい ・エレベーターが遅い ・受付スタッフは受付にはほとんどいないので連絡がとりにくい
