Sublime apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator, located in the heart of Paris between the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the apartment are many shops, cafes and restaurants. This tastefully decorated apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family, as a couple or with friends (4 people).

Apartment of 26m2 which includes :
- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Perfect Place, Perfect Price
Our pied-à-terre, in a newly renovated historic building, was super clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located to both the major sites and metro. Having a refrigerator and small kitchen was helpful to store our market treasures while we explored the city. The licensing agents (very pleasant!) were located around the corner and helped us with our every question. Although we waited 15 minutes for the office to open, the room was ready right away. Also, Guard Du Nord is only a couple of metro stops away which makes it super on the EuroStar

Great value and location for walking tourist
Stayed for 5 nights. Walked everywhere. Clean and cozy. Super comfortable bed and linens. Had everything we needed for our stay. Staff in the agency was fun and very welcoming. Loved it. Tons of places around to eat and explore on foot. Flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Street away from crows, yet close to everything. Would come back.

Great apartment
The apartment was perfect location, walking distance to everything but quiet area. Very clean and bed was super comfortable. Linens good quality and nice extra bottles of water. The apartment is managed by prestige studio and everyone was so nice and helpful and the information provided was great. Highly recommend!!

I arrived and I was welcomed by the staff who provided me with immediate feedback. The place is near the metro station so it’s very handy and you are in the Marais but fortunately not in the busiest part. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom too I will definitely come back
