Great place
This unit was large, well-appointed, modern and very comfortable. The location is beautiful and great, although folks new to the Park City area should know that Empire Pass is a few miles from the main Deer Valley lodges and has no restaurants or shops that we found (other than a private restaurant for club members). All of that is a car ride away, but it really wasn't a problem for us. We'd definitely return.

Property was new, clean, and comfortable. Corner unit is ideally located right next to jacuzzi .. Easy access out the back door to slopes and patio if desired. A wonderful place to stay for many reasons.

We had a great stay! The property was very nice and comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The ski in/out access is great and so convenient. Our check in was a little chaotic but the property manager was nice and helpful. We requested a late checkout and appreciated that they accommodated that. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great location.
The condo is right off the Silver Strike lift. The ski locker is steps from the slope. The Silver Strike lift brings you to the top of Flagstaff Mountain. The living room/dining room /kitchen is an open space. We spent a lot of time in this area. It is a really nice space with a view of the slope and chairlift. The bedrooms were on the small side. The master bedroom was adequate sized, but not what you would expect for a premium condo. The other bedrooms were small. One bedroom had a bunk bed. The bottom of the bunk bed had a queen, but it was against the wall. The person on the inside had to crawl over the other person to get into and out of the bed. Both of the other bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. We did have some issues with the property management company. When we arrived at the unit the garage code that was provided by the management company did not work. The same code was our access to the building. The code also did not work for the building. We eventually were able to access the building and open the garage by using the ski locker entrance which was not locked. We contacted the property management company and 24 hours were given an explanation and a new code. The new code also did not work. We were provided the garage code by another party. We tried to use the hot tub, but the gate around the hot tub was locked. We placed 2 calls to property management and left messages to call back. We never received a call back. We eventually tried the key to the unit for the gate to the hot tub. That key worked. There was no information provided that told us to use the condo key for the hot tub. Based on the location, we normally would have given this unit a 5 star rating. The issues we had with the management company are why we lowered the rating to 4 stars. We would consider this unit in the future. .

No help from management company
The property was very nice and clean we loved the location of the unit on the property however, the management company was no help at all. We had no WiFi and called them three times and never received help.

Great townhouse and location
We had a couple of challenges; upon arrival some of the lights didn't work, we called the property manager and never received a call back-ended up asking one of the neighbors who showed us where the fuse box was and fixed it. TV/Cable receiver did not work and that was very disappointing to us since there is not much to do in the evenings. we would actually go back but would connect w the owners/property managers ahead of the trip next time to ensure that everything works and know who to contact with potential issues.
