Situated right on Main Street, this property puts you mere steps away from the vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife that Old Town has to offer. Ski access to Park City Mountain Resort is a short walk to a ski run or a stroll down Main Street to reach the Park City Mountain Town Lift. For further exploration, the Old Town Transit Center, about a 100-yards away provides easy access to free Park City Transit buses, taking you to Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction with more dining and shopping options, and activities.

This one-level living condo boasts 1400 square feet of contemporary elegance, featuring two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, and an additional half bath, to comfortably accommodate eight guests.

Guests enjoy convenient access to Parkite 33 through two primary entrances. The underground garage entrance provides a secure and private point of entry. Upon arrival, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, where the condo is situated. Guests can also enter the building directly from the charming Main Street.

Relax on a comfortable sofa (that is a queen sleeper) and swivel chairs, gather around the gas fireplace, and enjoy entertainment on the 55” Smart TV. The large windows provide stunning views of Main Street and the surrounding landscape.

Kitchen: This chef's kitchen is fully equipped and features stylish stone countertops, a center island, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. You will find SubZero and Wolf appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer and a dual-zone wine fridge, and a 5-burner gas range. A SMEG electric kettle and toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker round out the amenities.

Dining Area: Situated between the living room and kitchen, the dining area features a round table with seating for six.

Master Bedroom: Located on one side of the condo, the Master Bedroom is a haven of luxury and comfort. This spacious retreat features a king-size bed, a 55” Smart TV, allowing guests to unwind and catch up on their favorite shows. The warm gas fireplace adds a touch of coziness, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The two plush and inviting chairs offer a spot to enjoy the panoramic view of Old Town and the natural light that floods the room. The En Suite bathroom showcases modern amenities, including a stone countertop vanity with two faucets and under the counter automatic lighting, and a tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 2: Situated on the other side of the condo, this bedroom boasts two queen beds, accommodating multiple guests without sacrificing on comfort. There is a 55” Smart TV and plenty of natural light and views of Old Town. The En suite bathroom allows guests to unwind and refresh at their own pace, offering a stone counter vanity with under-counter automatic lighting, and a tub/shower combo, offering flexibility and convenience.

Wonderful condo in old town Park City
Condo was exactly (or better) than described. Very clean, new appliances, excellent condition, fantastic location. Easy check-in, check-out. Perfect for a couple or small family. Will stay here again!
