Love the rental. All bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs and the stairs are very narrow and kind of steep. Checkin process was not through vrbo, it’s through a company which wants you to verify your id before you get there. Extra steps I wasn’t prepared to do.

Great location in Park City!
Loved this cabin! Wonderful main great room with kitchen, living room, pool table, and dining table. NOTE - All bedrooms (and bathrooms) are on the lower level. Two of the bedrooms (where our 4 kids slept) are connected - you have to go through one to get to the other. ALSO - - the outdoor porch railing is in need of replacement / repair.

Midrange property
I took my kids here to celebrate Christmas away from home for the first time. I'lll stick to the pros and cons. Pros: The upstairs is as presented. It is fairly updated and comfortable. When we couldn't get the fire to work, the mgmt co sent someone to take care of it the same day. The hot tub was working and was fabulous. For a winter property, we did not get dried out as fast as we usually do, and did not require humidifiers. Cons: The downstairs, where everyone sleeps, is abysmal and in need of an update. There is nowhere to unpack, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The beds are hard as rocks and the only way up and down is a spiral staircase, which was tricky with our large suitcases. While the property is normally ski-in ski-out, bc there was no snow, the slope to the house was closed and we had to walk 10 minutes to get our skis, and back - all uphill, at the end of each day. There was no well-organized book at the house to inform us of how to get transport, so we took Uber to dinners and the villlage, bc it was too cold to walk the 15 min. Finally, for Christmas week, we had no tree or other Christmas decorations to greet us - bit of a downer. Overall, I'd say this property there were factors both out of the mgmt company's control (snow), and in their control (create a book w/information for guests, update the downstairs) that they could improve.

Looks nothing like the photos!! This place is a dump. The layout is dysfunctional with the only access to bedrooms being a very narrow and dangerous spiral staircase down. The entry is completely unappealing. The hot tub only has one jet that works and the house is in a very crowded area. The only saving grace is it’s proximity to Main Street. Keep looking! Do NOT book a stay here. You will be very disappointed.

Huge disappointment
Upon arrival we found a large construction crew directly in front of the home, blocking parking and entry. Equipment from the crew damaged our rental car. The road leading to the town was torn up so we could not take an easy walk into town, like the listing states. We were never once pre-warned of this crew. In fact, VACASA had no clue. We found this odd since the home is monitored and or cleaned prior to or after guests. The crew said they had been there for 3 weeks. The last review, also a rather poor review, was 2 weeks prior. Construction started at 7am each morning. There were multiple spiders and spider webs in the corners on the windows in the living room. The gas fireplace didn’t work, the hot tub didn’t actually get as hot as it should have, there wasn’t a wine opener(we bought one and left it-you welcome VACASA-no oven mits, batteries to the sleep number bed were dead, odd mildew smell on lower floor as well. THIS IS NOT A 3 BEDROOM. It is a 2 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bi-fold door that separates it from a 3rd sleeping area, but you must tip toe through the double twin room to get to the bath. There is also a strange door to the master in the closet of the “3rd room”. Really no privacy whatsoever. I was willing to give this home a chance even though there were quite a few poor reviews. Sadly, it was even more a disappointment. With all of this mishaps, you would think VACASA would make an effort to care, but they have not.

Total Disaster.
The place was NOT as advertised and the environment was unpleasant at best. The damp, musty odors were so bad, they affected my daughters' asthma and we had to leave the very night we checked in. I didn't want to move six of us to three hotel rooms but had no choice. It was awful

NO RUNNING WATER!
This was supposed to be our second stay at this house.. and it was a DISASTER! We checked in and there was no running water! I called Vacasa at 5:30PM when we arrived and notified them. At first I was told it would be fixed, then I had to keep calling for another 6 hours for them to deem the property unusable and tried to relocate us at midnight in the dark with icy steps outside. For the evening I had to melt snow on the stovetop and may husband had to walk down the spiral staircase with bowls of water to try to fill the toilets enough for a flush or two. Completely unsanitary and having to chase down Vacasa on the phone for HOURS ruining my entire first two days of vacation until I found ourselves a new place to stay. NEVER book or trust Vacasa! I am still waiting for my full refund and will chase them down until I get it. Almost a ruined vacation until we left the house. On our way out I talked to a Vacasa guy who said he thought the water line froze days before our arrival! And they still let us check in! So dissapointing! Beware and have a backup plan if you book! A house at this level should have a trusted water line or better communication. Lost a customer for life!

Beautiful view. Great first floor
The main floor of the property is great. The view is beautiful and it is finished out well. The sleeping quarters are on a lower floor accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase making luggage almost impossible and anyone that’s not steady on their feet very uncomfortable. The sleeping area does not match the main floor. It’s very outdated and oddly configured. Park city is fabulous and this is in a great location.

All around good
We had a girls weekend here. The location to Main Street, hikes and PCMR is great. Everything within walking distance. The house is renovated(ish) upstairs, but the downstairs is needing some work. Beds were ok, but not the best. The showers easily plugged and the air circulation was poor. Please know that there is currently construction going on right next door and it will start at 7 AM with the crew blasting music. Also, 2 cars are allowed to park and there is space right outside the house for both cars to park. Only one parking pass was given though, so we were issued a WARNING ticket. There is no bathroom upstairs and with it being an older home, the spiral staircase for sure isn't to current code. The hot tub is amazing and the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked, although we did eat out every meal. All around we would stay here again.

Don’t be deceived by the pictures
The cost of this property is not worth what you get. We ended up re washing the sheets because it just did not feel clean. The stairs to get down to the bedrooms are dangerous and almost impossible to get luggage down. There is no privacy in the bedrooms, the closet from one opens into the bedroom of another so every time someone wants to get clothes they get a peak into the other bedroom.

Beautiful design, Family Fun and Easy Access to Town & Mountain
This is a great rental to enjoy with your family. Teens like it because there is a pool table and great jacuzzi with a nice TV. Parents like it for the comfort, great kitchen and space to spread out and yes, all the fun noted above. The location is amazing for a quick cruise down to the mountain base (if snow-a-plenty, then ski down) or straight to Town Lift. In Summer, it is so easy to walk down to town in a few minutes. The bedrooms are downstairs which is OK but so are all the bathrooms, which is a little annoyance at first but you get used to it. The stairwell is clever and for it's tightness and pretty easy to navigate but do it slowly and carefully. We loved the Master bedroom for its super comfy bed and little stove in the corner to bring easy heat. There was also some good space to get around. The other 2 bedrooms are adjoining so best if that is relegated to just kids. Loved the mudroom for storing our equipment and easy walk to outside and up some stairs and to the parking space. All in all, a wonderful stay. One hint, make sure you have a lighter stick and ask the property manager for instructions on how to light the upstairs fire place unit (a bit of complexity) when you get there vs waiting until you desperately need heat and it's too late to call. The Property management was very responsive.

Fun Times in PC
Jan 2022 visit. A good experience. Great location for skiing / access to the mountain. A quick walk down onto Main Street. A mix more modern upgrades upstairs with a legacy feel down below. A good place for 2-4 adults / kids. Getting more than two families in the house would be a challenge, but for us it was ok. In all, I would go back but price point - even for Sundance timeframe - seemed a bit steep for the accommodation.

Very nice with a few issues
Top floor very nice but marred by a frayed dining room rug. Great pool table. Hot tub well-maintained. Lots of towels and the washer and dryer made the stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, a llarge mound of ice extended across the pathway to access the deck to get to the front door had to be scaled to enter and exit the house. Venturing outside was extremely challenging and dangerous for all guests regardless of age, especially in ski boots. Called property management first day and they applied ice melt but it didn’t help. Parking space was a sheet of ice. A damaged glass oven door and only 5 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 6 were minuses. Bedroom level is a bit weird because access to one bedroom is through another. There is limited soundproofing between all bedrooms on lower floor as well as a noisy air return air duct. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location
Like someone else said, this is a great property in a great location - it is just a little disjointed. The top (main) floor is great - gorgeous windows, nice kitchen, etc. But the downstairs (bedrooms and both bathrooms) need a little work. The hot tub was nice, but the deck railing around it is not sturdy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it is a great value. We loved being able to walk to Main Street.
