Enjoy your outdoor living with the different levels of outdoor rooms: a huge 43 x 40 covered patio area right off the kitchen dining room area with BBQ, a covered 12 x 19 patio off the Game Room and ice chest, or just steps below a 16 x 10 waterfront/river level area complete with a covered lounging area including a 10ft circular sofa. There is plenty of dock space for all of your toys; on one side of the lot is jet ski parking, and on the other is boat parking.

Doc Holiday Rocks!
Awesome house with a large Living Room, four bedrooms including large master suite and a side "Bar Room" along with fully stocked kitchen. Parking in front of house for two trucks and two smaller cars with room left. And for River fun has an amazing deck out back along channel and great docking area for boats and personal water craft! Definitely coming back next Summer!!!

We took a guys trip for the weekend and had a great time, lots of activities and having my boat parked in the back yard was so convenient. House was clean and lots of room. We had 6 adult males in my group and we were comfortable.
