Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, your family will enjoy an enclosed sunroom, fenced in pool area, large backyard, along with a spacious floor plan and beds comfortably fitting up to 8 guests! Closer to nearby shopping centers and Amish country, this property is a beautiful, peaceful, and central spot to stay any time of the year.

Guests can use all of the spaces except for the garage and basement - those are for owner storage.

This multi-level home features a spacious floor plan for the whole family to enjoy. Upon entering, you'll find a Queen Bedroom, half bath, and laundry room followed by the main living area a few steps up from the lower level.

This Poolside Cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by farmland, yet still within a few minutes to the nearest shopping center. With a fenced in pool, enclosed sunroom, large lawn, and spacious floor plan, you're family is sure to have the perfect balance between relaxation and activities.

The main floor of the house boasts a spacious living room with large windows, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen.

The upper level of the home is where you'll find the remaining beds and baths. With one queen room, a 2-twin room, full bathroom, and queen bedroom with attached private bath, your family is sure to stay close yet maintain privacy during your stay.

Last but certainly not least, the outdoor space. Leading to the back of the house, you'll find a spacious sunroom with comfortable furniture to relax and watch the pool. A door from the sunroom leads our to the fenced in pool (which can be locked to ensure that children don't unknowingly find their way to the pool).

The pool is surrounded by a large patio space with lounge chairs and a grill. Along with this already outstanding backyard space, you're welcome to use the additional acre of lawn space to play an additional games with your family!

**Please note that the pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day - Labor Day**

Perfect stay for our family
We had a great stay with four kids and four adults. The location was great just minutes from Walmart and our family members we were visiting. House was very comfortable and has large dining table for family dinners and games which we loved. Big yard for kids to play in and nice neighborhood.
