"The place was so cozy, perfectly suited to host children and an overwhelmed single parent! The fireplace, snacks, board games and overall feel made hiding away with two preschoolers a delight on a rainy Seattle weekend. "This is a cool, little pad right in cap Hill with a parking spot. The location is great, and the house suited us just fine. The parking spot is in the alley and is small, but very useful. The queen bed is located up a ladder in the loft. Communication with the host was wonderful and he was very helpful with any questions we had."

"We rented this property for a weekend birthday getaway. I loved how secluded the property is and yet close to freeway access. The house has newer appliances, was very clean and had a great outside space. There are hard floors throughout, so bring your slippers if you tend to get chilled easily. "
