"The hotel is tricky to find and the entrance is located in a shopping arcade. Keep eyes peeled for McDonald's and you'll be close! However the room was good but duvet too small for a couple. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gr at location. "

"From start to finish, my stay at HOOD was exceptional – – possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel in my life! Jonah, who checked me in, was amazing, as was the wait staff in the restaurant where I ate twice on this stay – – lunch and breakfast, both of which were delicious.
