I found that there was not much comfort in the room during my stay. The service in the dining restaurant was disappointing, and I felt that there was a lack of respect for customers. I ordered dinner, and although I requested water, it was never brought to me until after I finished my meal and left.

Hotel was very good. It was near the center city and walkable to most things. Staff was helpful and helped to arrange up to see a show. Only thing that could have been better is the bathroom was a tad small. Other than that, it was a good hotel

Her recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed each one we tried. Our room—and the hotel overall—was beautifully designed and immaculately kept, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style that made our stay truly memorable. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a generous and varied spread. We were greeted by another stunning receptionist whose warm hospitality and effortless poise made us feel incredibly well looked after. One of the standout features of the hotel is the rooftop pool, which boasts breathtaking views over the city—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Seville is an amazing city, full of life, culture, and history. When we return—and we most certainly will—Joya del Casco will be our first choice. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.
