The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided added to the overall convenience. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was fresh and tidy each day. Nearby Activities The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Salvador. It’s close to key attractions like Mercado Modelo, Elevador Lacerda, and Pelourinho, all of which are rich in culture and history. The beach is also a short ride away, offering a great mix of city and coastal experiences. Safety & Transportation I felt very safe throughout my stay. The hotel has good security measures in place, and the surrounding area felt secure. I used Uber to get around the city, which was very affordable and convenient. Drivers were easy to find, and rides to major attractions were quick and inexpensive. Food & Drinks The dining options at the hotel were fantastic! Breakfast had a great selection of Bahian and international dishes, always fresh and flavorful. I also dined at Casa de Tereza, which was an amazing experience with authentic local cuisine. The drinks at the hotel’s bar were refreshing, and the service was excellent. Final Thoughts Wish Hotel da Bahia exceeded my expectations in every way."

"The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."

"Amazing ocean views and great breakfast. We watched the sunrise from the pool deck. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There are plenty of food options nearby. "

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago. "
