"Minha experiência nesta pousada foi bastante decepcionante. Um amigo teve um problema com a reserva e, para ajudá-lo, permiti que ele ficasse comigo no quarto, pagando a diferença. Até aí tudo bem. No entanto, por ser uma viagem mais íntima com meu namorado, fui discretamente à recepção perguntar se havia outro quarto disponível (havia vários vagos) e me dispus a pagar a mais — sem que meu amigo soubesse, para evitar constrangimentos.
Infelizmente, os funcionários fizeram exatamente o oposto do...
