The Resort's master plan is comprised of 3 areas--1) Esterillos Town Centre, 2) Villas Del Pacifico Condominium Complex and 3) A Custom Home Community.---all protected by 24/7 Security Guards.
Villas Del Pacifico (VDP), situated on rolling hills in the middle of the complex, is the VERY BEST LOCATION in the entire Resort. In addition to gorgeous landscaping, manicured shrubs and exotic trees and flowers, guests can enjoy---two(2) free-form mosaic tile swimming pools, a jetted hot tub, a wading pool, an outdoor pool shower, a water fountain and pond---along with nearby bathrooms and changing rooms. Adjacent to the main swimming pool is a veranda-style Rancho or Pavilion providing a perfect place for hosting parties, having cookouts, playing cards or leisurely reading or lounging.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
Del Pacifico is unlike any other place in Costa Rica--strategically located on rolling hills with spectacular views of the palm splashed coast of the Pacific Ocean one side and a scenic rainforest on another side. The Resort is enormously popular with guests because it is "city close" to Jaco and Parrita and "country quiet" from crowds, congestion and traffic noises--a perfect place to rest, relax and renew. It is the perfect launching place for sightseeing day trips throughout the area
