Esterillos Oeste is an out of the way place but there are many expats living here. Nice breakfast brought to you each morning. "Very beautiful, private scenery. Had the beach to ourselves many times. Very spacious rooms and outdoor kitchen. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of ants on counters and in shower and it would have been great to have shampoo, conditioner, and soap for the dishes. Dinner options are expensive and not very good. Pool was great. The surroundings are the best part about this property, but it's a bit of a drive. Well worth it."

"The location of the hotel is great - right next to the national park and close to Playa Espadilla. Staff was super friendly. As the hotel is on a steep hill, the hotel offered a transport service up and down. Breakfast was good. The hotel also organised a tour guide for us to guide as through the national park as well as a Catamaran tour. And also monkeys came visit at the pool, which was really cute. All in all a great experience. "
