Do not stay here. I was surprised at this hotel considering it was a Hilton and I always stay at Hiltons. First of all the elevators on every floor were out of service. There was no internet connection for the two nights I was there because they were “working on it”but I spoke to the front desk and apparently this has been going on for a while. The tvs did not work. They weren’t smart tvs. The place smelled like death. Unkept hallways etc. if you aren’t a Jewish person they don’t care about your complaints. The workers and managers are racist. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

The place was just not up to par. Booked a king suite got checked into a room with 2 queen beds (more like double size). I just wanted what I paid for. They told me to reach out to Expedia because thats how I booked it. I don't want a discount or a discount to book with them again. I honestly just want my money back.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel, and while the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room experience left much to be desired. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, giving a great first impression, but unfortunately, the room did not match that standard. The bathroom was outdated and not properly cleaned, with a bathtub that didn’t drain. Maintenance tried to fix the issue by pouring drain fluid, but the problem persisted throughout my stay. Overall, the cleanliness and outdated condition of the room were disappointing, but the excellent customer service deserves recognition.
