This apartment is an outdoor persons dream. Right beside the Allegheny trail / bike trail that stretches for miles. This bike trail has a bridge that crosses the Shavers Fork River right in our parking lot. Placed perfectly center of water park and fishing pond. Also minutes from skateboard park, tennis court , and basketball courts walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. This apartment is so close to river you could carry your kayak to the river from your car!! 30 minutes from 3 large ski resorts. Timberline, Canaan Valley, and White grass ski resorts. Coming soon under the same roof THE SUNRISE COFFEE CO. Please book soon!!!

Spotless hideaway
The unit was spotlessly clean and everything was in good repair. We only had to contact the owner once and they responded immediately. The location does make it a little noisy between the highway right outside and the business upstairs but overall it is a very nice unit.

Exactly what was listed
This was nice. Visitors should be respectful of the people that live in the other apartments, as it is easy to assume they are all VRBOs. Fair warning, the church across the street from the back bedroom has an active clocktower. Other than that, this was nice, well-priced, and exactly that for which we were looking. We did not cook, so I can't speak to the effectiveness of the kitchen.

Clean and Spacious
We had a splendid stay. The stay was spotless. Loved having a covered area to park, especially as it snowed overnight. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We only stayed one night, but it would have been an excellent place for a multinight stay. It was very easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the greenway.
