"We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. "We had a lovely stay at Kyle’s cottage. The house was clean and well maintained. Sitting on the deck watching the boats pass by was our favorite activity. There’s good food, shopping and outdoor activities in the surrounding area too. "The location was great. The rustic cottage was very cute Although some attention to the property is needed. The yard was full of debris (organic) I raked the back yard in order to enjoy the fire pit which had not been cleaned out in quite a while. I borrowed a shovel and shoveled it out. The Kitchen sink leaked in the cabinet. TV was difficult to operate I communicated my findings to the owner and I am sure he is going to look into it"

"We had an amazing stay. The cottage was nice and the view from the front deck was beautiful. My only criticism is They state towels provided however my husband and I were there for 10 days and there were only 4 bath towels. That is def not enough towels. If there was a washer dryer that would be fine but there is not. So we had to go and buy more towels. Other than that it was wonderful"

Dishwasher had broken glass in it so we did not use it, call and they said they would send someone to look at it but never were told if they did or not. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. "We had a lovely 3 night stay. The views are incredible. We enjoyed cooking in and sitting by the fire pit. So perfect we never left. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We rented a kayak for the weekend and made great use of the dock. The bonus was this property is dog friendly!"
