"Second time returning to this great hotel. Excellent central Adelaide location close to tram stop and Rundle mall. Rooms in very good condition with very comfortable bed. However, some staining on carpets and loud noises coming from fridge and toilet throughout the night. We have stayed at this hotel before and the noisy amenities were only an issue in the most recent room. Overall, lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Adelaide."

"I’ve stayed here before so happy to stay here again. Located on Hindley street, which if you keep walking up straight for about 10 mins brings you to Rundle Mall. Car parking is additional at $29 p/d. I had to park off-site. Tram is close but I love walking everywhere which I did - markets, the old gaol, botanical gardens, even to entertainment centre. "The hotel was very clean, but the staff in reception could have been more friendly and efficient. I was surprised that we had to ask for the free drinks cards, and when I went to cash one in for a cup of coffee, none was available after 10 am. Also, we had to ask about facilities such as laundry and the rooftop (there is nothing happening up there). It wasn’t an unpleasant stay, but the service could have been better. "
