House situated on the south side of the island of Pasman, in the beautiful bay of Zincena, near the archipelago of Kornati (National Park). Single-family house "Rudi". In a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: barbecue. Available: canoe. Breakfast on request (extra). 3.5 km long bumpy motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 9.5 km, rocky beach 10 m. From Kraj you can reach the property by one hour's walk along footpaths. Access possible by car along 3,5 km of unmade road, up to 300 m from the house. Transfer to the house can be arranged by house owner`s car. Parking available by the owner's house in Kraj, or at the end of unmade road, approx. 300 m from the rented property.
3-room house 48 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Please note: private mooring. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Solar-powered energy (220 volt current, 500 W). Rain water only (cistern).

Ein schönes Haus
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, was etwas stört ist der geringe Wasserdruck beim Duschen und das man über Steine ins Wasser muss. Aber das drum herum ist einfach nur schön. Ein Nachteil sind die vielen Boote die in der Bucht ankern. Teilweise sehr laut. Das der Schlüssel nur zwischen 13.00 und 15.00 Uhr zu bekommen sein sollte ist schon sportlich bei über Tausend Kilometer Anreise und einer Fahrt mit der Fähre. Aber alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Für Hunde optimal.
