Sunset Summit, a spacious Paso Robles Wine Country home. Conveniently located just minutes from nearby wineries, fine dining and local events including Downtown City park and Tin City. Whether you are looking to relax with some friends at local tasting rooms or looking for some fun live music and entertainment, this home is the perfect location. Less than 2 miles to Downtown City Park Square and easy access to wine trails in every direction from the home. We are just a short drive to the beach and hiking trails. Recently updated, this home offers modern stylish decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. Relax with a book in the reading nook on the stair landing or join your friends in the roomy kitchen/family room for gourmet cooking. Extra beds in the home for those who wish to spread out. City Permit #STR19-0205. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Very nice
The interior of the house and the garage is very nice very clean well supplied. The front yard and backyard definitely needs some work The neighbor to the right as you’re looking at the house runs a business out of his house. His trucks are parked everywhere. Not much street parking. Since we were gone all day, it really did not affect us.

Great Vacation rental in Paso Robles
Great home in Paso Robles for a family or group of friends especially if you have a pet The 4bed/3ba house is spacious allowing for all members of our group to enjoy time together or alone. The kitchen is big and well stocked but beware, the cabinets are tall. The only drawback is that there's only 1 working TV in the family room and the rental company didn't come and fix the small TV in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the house is a great find in a safe, friendly neighborhood in Paso Robles!

Clean, all the beds are comfortable and the home's layout is great for hosting a large group (there was 10 of us total). Great location, super close to downtown Paso and a short drive to the wineries. Randy, is a great host and very responsive when you reach out to him. We will definately stay at this home again.

Lovely neighborhood
The managers clearly just refurbished the property as it still smelled strongly of paint when we arrived, and there were still packaging labels on the fridge and sofa. Fortunately, the paint smell dissipated after a few days. The place was very clean and comfortable with a convenient screen for check in/out and instructions. One couple complained their bed was too hard, but the rest were comfortable. We were all too hot, as we were restricted from lowering the A/C temperature - fans would be a great addition - but fortunately the outside temp cooled down at night so we were able to get some reprieve. We were very grateful to be able to bring our dogs, but we couldn't hang out outside with them very much because the neighbor's dog was always outside and barked non stop when our dogs were outside. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through, everyone was friendly and the house is close to a great running path. Overall our group of adults had a very good time.

Quaint neighborhood. The house is located just outside of town in a quaint neighborhood, near lots of shopping (Walmart, Albertsons, Taco Bell, gas, etc.). The home is clean and has everything you’ll need. The downstairs room has a loud humming due to the AC unit. This noise cannot be denied, if running the unit. The good news, is this area generally cools down in the evening. The upstairs room (twin + double bed) door cannot be closed because the twin bed obstructs the door closing - can be maneuvered. Our code didn’t work upon arrival, but they were very responsive. Previous reviews had the same problem.

Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasant 3-night stay at Sunset Summit in a quiet neighborhood. We had trouble with the door code upon arrival but Management corrected it immediately with a quick phone call. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 tween. We were supposed to have brought our senior dog, but she sadly passed away 2 weeks before. The house would have been great for her with the fenced in yard and carpet throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and spices but we didn’t cook much except for breakfast. Rooms were decent size with a large master. The only issue we had was the master bathroom shower was so small considering the size of the bathroom. The hand-held shower head dripped constantly on our first night, so we ended up placing the hand-held shower head on the floor after each shower. Also, the first floor bedroom is noisy because the central air conditioning unit sits right outside the window. Overall a pleasant and Management was professional and helpful.

It's perfect for 6 ladies and is close to grocery shopping and wineries! It's a super comfortable home and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Since our stay a year ago, they've updated the home with new vinyl flooring downstairs and new furniture in the family room. Excellent improvements! We love Sunset Summit, and we'll be back again in 2025!

Staycation Good location
The location was central. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to stores and downtown Paso. We loved the layout of the house. Nice upgrades, nice furniture and lovely backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. As well as the bathrooms. Iron and blow dryer provided. Plenty of room for the six of us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a VRBO. And customer service was excellent.
