"We had a great stay in Hauptmannsberg near Aidenbach in the lovingly refurbished farmhouse. Although the house was a little more remote than we expected, we were able to visit nearby towns and cities easily. The neighbors were very nice. "We spent nearly two weeks in this nice little cabin. Everything was very comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. There is a very small kitchen, so do not expect to do large gourmet meals, but who wants to do that on vacation anyway? There are at least two grocery stores within a couple of miles, and it was easy to find quick to prepare food. The cabin is very comfortable, but do be aware that there are some very steep stairs. "Wir wurden bei Schlüsselübergabe über Mängel aufmerksam gemacht welche zu Beginn nicht so schlimm waren. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Vor allem in den beiden Küchen Schmutz, Verkrustungen Verklebungen, Spinnweben und schmutziges Geschirr. Da wir nur 3 Tage Urlaub hatten sind wir lieber auswärts essen gegangen anstatt dort zu Kochen ( hat uns angeekelt) An vielen Türen und Schränken waren Ketten mit Vorhängeschlösser, was nicht sehr wohnlich war.
