"The staff was exceptional and the room was clean and beautiful. Slept 3 very comfortably with enough space for checkin and carry on baggage. Quite a walk from the train station, take taxi. Easy walk to the main attractions. Great perks part of stay package, u fortunately did not get time to try amenities. Next time I come to Florence, I will definitely be staying here. "

"It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. "We contacted the hotel to see if we could drop off our bags early and they said yes. When we arrived 2 hours early, our room was ready so we were allowed to check in then which was a pleasant surprise! They had free bottles of water in the room for us and bedroom shoes. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job in cleaning our room. The hotel was beautiful and we had a pleasant stay."
