Beautiful coastal 1BR/1BA 4th floor Oceanfront newly renovated condo in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Bridgewater features a galley kitchen, and private balcony with the best view in the resort! We also have the earliest check-in time on the Hammock Coast - more time to rest, relax and enjoy the beach. Access to pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, walking paths and 1 mile of private beach access.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include: ~ 1 bedroom (2 new full size beds, 1 new full size Murphy bed in living area).

All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Another indoor Pool is located on the 1st floor inside Bridgewater.

****Bridgewater Pool requires a Pool Band to access the property pool/beach. Guests will be charged $25 per missing pool band at the end of their stay.****

We have 4 Tommy Bahama/Nautica beach chairs for your use. We just ask that you take care of them and clean and place them back in the closet upon your departure.

During your stay at Bridgewater, take advantage of the oceanfront pool, salt water fishing lakes with a fishing pier, a marsh overlook with crab dock, lighted tennis courts, over seven miles of scenic walking paths, an oceanfront clubhouse with cabana, and approximately one mile of private access to the beach. Places to eat within Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks. Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals.

Excellent restaurants, grocery stores, shopping are right outside the gate.

Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels. Unit is individually owned; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Check-in instructions:
Guest will check-in (after 2pm, check out at 10am). Property is located inside Litchfield by the Sea 14276 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island SC 29585. Further check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a starter kit of 1 roll each of toilet paper, paper towels and several coffee pods.

relaxing beachfront getaway

Great getaway
Just perfect for our short getaway. Spotless clean, and fantastic straight on view of the beach. Conveniently located to many great restaurants. Only disappointed by the indoor pool being closed ( supposedly for a month) .Looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful Condo
This is an updated, beautifully decorated condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. It also includes extras - beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, etc. It's well-organized and makes full use of the space. The hanging rod on the balcony is ingenious. We'll definitely check the availability of this condo for our next trip to Pawleys Island.

Claustrophobics Beware
This unit is adorable, very clean and well appointed but very TINY. The VRBO description does not in any way depict this. We felt claustrophobic. The ceilings were low and in the galley kitchen we had to walk sideways if we both needed to be in the space. There is no separation between the bedroom, (i.e. door) and sitting area as the unit entrance is directly into two double beds. You proceed to a very narrow galley kitchen (no dishwasher or washing machine) and into a small sitting area. Fortunately, the unit has a beautiful ocean view. Great for a short weekend stay but wouldn't rent for any longer.

Took my husband on a Mystery Ride to Pawley’s Island. This condo was the perfect place to settle for our 4 day stay! The oceanfront view was great for sunrises and the soothing sounds of the ocean! The condo was cheery, close to great restaurants, well appointed- had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed Long Beach walks and the plush towels! Thanks for a great stay!

Our place was exactly as listed only better. The decor was pleasant and unified. Very relaxing. It is obvious that the owners care about this property and worked hard to put personal touches. Just enough to be welcoming but not to make me feel like an intruder. They were easy to reach and communicated clearly. It is immaculate and the view of the pool and ocean breathtaking.

What Can I Say
Litchfield by the sea is wonderful. Place was clean had everything I needed. The host was great with immediate respones. Kinda tight, seating uncomfortable. No way you can fit 6 live bodies. But everyone involved got PAID. I mean they got PAID$!$! Again Litchfield is so nice that my wife already booked another place in August so we could bring the whole family. So I guess whoever is involved with the booking is gonna get PAID$!$!$ as well.

Very clean, beautiful ocean view!
Very clean and well maintained unit with a great location and ocean view. However, I can never imagine 6 people in this condo..way too small. It was perfect for my husband and myself. This unit had everything to make your stay enjoyable except a dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was easy and great communication w the owners.
