Spacious vaulted ceilings plus hardwood floors in main living/ dining/ foyer area, granite countertops in kitchen, ceramic tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen, new carpet in bedrooms, fresh paint, premium furniture, fully stocked kitchen plus a SC State Park pass for all your adventuring. All this with an amazing tranquil view, from your private 3rd floor screened in porch, of the 17th fairway of the prestigious True Blue Golf and Racket Club. From this peaceful perch you can watch the golfers or the Egrets and Bald Eagles. With historic Pawley's Island Beach only 2 miles away and award winning golf courses everywhere you look, plus so much to do in this quaint beach town, there is something for everyone. This is our home away from home so all you need to do is arrive and unpack. Relax it's Pawleys!

Great place !

We just stayed for a month. We had a fantastic time checking out the beaches and restaurants, spending time with family, and everything else that Pawleys island has to offer. Huntington Beach state park is fantastic and Atalaya is a must see.

Convenient and Comfortable

Third floor walkup.. well equipped with coffe pot, wine glasses, kitchen cleaning supplies. Front door lock old and hard to see numbers and bathrooms a little dated but overall a good rental.

perfect getaway

This was a nice condo i a quiet place, quick drive to the beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed two peaceful evenings having breakfast each morning on the little deck overlooking a golf course.

Excellent location and good value

The unit is spacious and has everything you need. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. Excellent location about 2 miles to Pawley’s Island proper and only about 1 mile to Ocean Hwy shops and restaurants. Wiuld definitely stay here again!

What a vacation!!

Well the area itself is awesome with the pools, golf etc but the condo made the trip. It was very clean, everything we needed was there, the owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We will be making sure to book the same place next year!

Clean, Quiet, Safe, and Accurately Described

Our stay at the Pawleys Island condo was enjoyable. We stayed in Jan/Feb of 2024. The place was clean, and the checkin process was simple. The place was exactly as described, and communication with the owner was excellent. The location couldn’t have been better. A quiet top-rated golf course in the backyard, and a pool & jacuzzi across the street made this a pleasant place for our 2 months In Myrtle Beach area.

Reconnecting with family

We visited with a longtime resident of Pawleys Island and our Uncle and Aunt flew in from Texas. Other than it being bike week and everything being covered with people and bikes it was a wonderful visit with great weather. The unit was exceptional with very nice neighbors.

True Blue Condo

The condo was very clean and everything was in good condition. When we had a glitch with the A/C the owner responded quickly and had the problem fixed within a few hours. I would happily stay here again and I would recommend it to friends.

It was a nice place and great location. Could have been cleaner, i found hair in made bed and dust and hair balls like it hadnt had a deep clean in awhile. Tv also didnt work in guest bedroom. Outside porch could use a good cleaning.

Condo was well stocked. Great access to the pool. Was disappointed with the condition of some of the furniture and the paint in the place is in not too good of shape. The whole place needs TLC. Icemaker was broken, sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. Appreciate the fact you can bring pets but cats had clawed the chairs up pretty bad. The property manager isn’t paying enough attention to detail. I hate to be negative but after visiting many rentals over the years we felt it was sort of a let down. Really like Pawley’s Island though.

Enjoyed our trip, would book again.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and had plenty of room. It was me and my husband and adult son. We are golfers and really enjoyed the course. It is a walk-up condo, so be prepared for 3 flights of stairs. My only complaint is we wanted to stay on the course and be able to watch golfers from the balcony but the pictures on the listing are old and the trees have filled in so you can't see the course or pond from the balcony anymore. You can walk down to the treeline and watch but cant see anymore from the condo itself. Another warning, depending on time of year, the high school is next to the condo so on Friday night we could hear the PA and the high school football game. It was very loud with the PA announcing the game. The pool was great. Water temperature was perfect and it's right across from condo so short walk.
