A short walk will connect you with the outdoor pool, conference center, and Pawleys Plantation clubhouse.

This villa is located just off the 9th fairway of the golf course!!

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with a 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking, we will send you a message to confirm your reservation. Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels, and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home. One Night Refresher
We were in town for a wedding, so only stayed one night. The property was beautiful. Check in was a bit difficult due to check in times and location of check in versus the property. Not super convenient. The house was nice for the stay but layout is a bit closed off if you were looking to host anything there. The upstairs screened porch was really nice to relax before we headed back home.

Great condo with plenary of room for 3 families. We have family living in the neighborhood so it was super convenient to their house. Not far from the beach (but you have to drive). Overall a terrific place to stay to enjoy Pawleys Islnd

Nice neighborhood, nice location
We only reserved a one night stay, so we didn’t have a lot of time to really use the location, but we did shower and sleep there. We really liked the Pawley’s Plantation neighborhood. It was lovely. I think this listing is incorrect, it states king bed in master and it is only a queen bed. So, the hubby and I elected to sleep in separate rooms. I would suggest some less puffy pillows, and a new mattress or two in the front bedroom. It was a little bit of a hike from the Litchfield rentals office, a 10 minute drive. All in all, we were happy, we just needed a place to shower and sleep and the A/C worked great so it was nice a cool.
