Clean and provided with facilities like microwave, fridge, plates, cups etc. The ambience around the whole property was very nice. Location wise is also extremely convenient. There is a restaurant/pub in the property which serves drinks till late at night but the food services close at 8 which caused some problems and confusion to us."

"During our 5-day trip to Hunter Valley and Port Stephens, this hotel was by far the best choice we made. For our anniversary trip, the hotel staff upgraded us to the Hunter Suite and surprised us with a lovely bottle of local sparkling wine—such a thoughtful touch! We also had dinner at Botanica, one of their associated restaurants, located about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The meal was excellent and well worth the trip. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight, as we enjoyed it outdoors in a serene and picturesque setting. One of the most memorable moments was sipping wine while watching kangaroos hop around the property—a truly magical experience. The hotel grounds are stunning, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Overall, a beautiful property with outstanding service that made our anniversary trip extra special."
