Quaint and Cozy Cabin on Historic West Main Street with King Size Bed and Sofa Sleeper sleeps 4! this Rustic, yet Modern Cabin is on the same 3/4 Acre property as the the infamous Pieper Mansion, (originally built in 1893) and the Adobe "Mud House" (built in 1882). Local Shopping and Restaurants are just steps away. The Beauty of Rim Country is waiting for you to explore! *Small Dogs are allowed, 25lbs strict limit. Please notify us if you are bringing your dog because you must agree to the Pet Policy Agreement prior to your stay and pay the $50 Pet Fee. Check in at 3 p.m. to get the fun started and check out at 11 a.m.
The Space:
This Quaint and Cozy Cabin allows Small Dogs, less than 25 lbs. Please understand we are strict with this policy due to the small space. No cats allowed. (Breed Restrictions Apply). The pet fee is $50 per stay (2 dogs max) You must agree to the Pet Policy and Pay the Pet Fee prior to your stay. Therefore, please inform us if you have a Pet staying with you. Cabin 3 is located on 3/4 Acre property shared with other Cabins. This Cabin boasts a Clean, Cozy, Cottage feel. The Bedroom has a King Size Iron Bed and a Large Screen TV. In the Living Room area is a Sofa Sleeper with a recently Upgraded Full Memory Foam Mattress **Please let us know if you will be using the Sofa Bed so we can be sure to supply the bedding prior to your arrival**, A Large TV and Dining Bar with two Chairs are in the Living Room area. Also included is a Toaster Oven, Antique Style Mini Fridge, Microwave and Sink. Internet is provided. Two Gas Grills are available outside for Guests to use as well as a Large Wood Fire Pit to enjoy on crisp evenings (Fire restrictions may apply in dry seasons) and Cornhole is available in the Green Space for added Fun! Free Parking onsite for ATV trailers upon request!

The Neighborhood:
Payson's location, being very near to the geographic center of Arizona, has been called "The Heart of Arizona". The Historic Main Street in Payson Arizona boasts Antique Shops and other Locally Owned stores, Coffee Shops and Restaurants. This is Rim Country! There are many Hikes and Trails through Ponderosa Pine Forests to Lakes, Springs, Creeks, and even Water Falls. The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is just 22 minutes away! Visit the nearby Payson Visitor Center for more ideas. Keep an eye out for Elk in the early morning and early evening!
Getting Around:
Walking, Hiking and Driving are the preferred methods to experience this Piney Mountain Town. Along Main Street and beyond, Payson offers Shopping and Dining that compliment your stay with us. Take a 15 minute walk to visit the Parks and Recreation office at Green Valley Park to get your fishing license and enjoy the sunset on the lake. Approximately 20 minutes away, you can choose to visit The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park or Water Wheel Trail. Both are very exciting places for all. Visit the Payson Visitor Center and discover more trails!

Our Cabins are designed for the Adventurer in Mind. Although each of our Cabins do not offer a Stove or Oven, they come equipped with a Microwave to Heat your food and 2 Gas BBQ Grills our Community Area for your daily use. This Cabin has an updated, Memory Foam Pull out Sofa Bed. **Please let us know if you are going to use it so we may provide the bedding prior to your arrival.**Free Parking for ATV Trailers is available upon request! No Smoking of any kind is permitted on property.
