Peapea Cave Tours and Activities

Loved how clean the property was. Carparking was small and hard to get out of due to having to reverse. Upon check in, I was asked for payment when I had already paid online via Expedia, staff member asked for a receipt as proof of this, would have thought this should had been updated on their system already.

Almost tripped stepping out of the building with a one inch lip. Not clearly visible. Parking left something to be desired. Visitors take up the parking spaces and left the guests with out parking. On our way out the cleaning crew were just camping outside my room and no one offered to carry anything to my car that was parked further away from my room. Otherwise, good food options and more should be done with vegetarian and vegan food options. You don’t have good options

Resort location beautiful, with CHOGM and impending kings arrival this took most of the staffs attention. Dining options were limited, bars were closed early, day trips online weren’t available, no welcome drink on arrival. Staff regularly arguing at reception
